PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a tilt on the basic surface of a rain water storage infiltration facility which forms a storage space by coupling unit members. SOLUTION: The unit member in contact with the base of the facility is determined as a table shaped member in which ends of a flat plate are cut in the storage infiltration facility which forms the storage space by coupling the table shaped unit members comprising a flat plate and a cylindrical part rising from the opening of the flat plate underground and forming the storage space for water by covering it with a sheet. A concrete plate with which the flat plate of the table shaped unit member is engaged is laid on the base, and the flat plate parts of the table shaped unit members are on the same plane when the concrete plates are sequentially laid, and the depth of the engaging part is adjusted in such a way that the concrete plates form a tilting surface.
