PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting method of a growth base material capable of easily adjusting a material to the growth base material capable of forcibly feeding earth generated at a site by using air, and capable of preparing a growth base suitable even for germination growth of woody plants including spontaneous species. SOLUTION: This adjusting method of the growth base material adjusts the material to the growth base material capable of force feed in a pipe by air, by mixing and agitating a porous aggregate and/or a water absorptive-moisture absorptive material with and in the earth generated at the site, passed through a predetermined sieve.
