The pulley has a damper housing (1) with an axial projection (4) that has a ring section (22), which extends in a direction of the housing. The section is extended into a ring area (23) of the pulley for a flange side of the projection, so that a chamber for retaining of a clutch is formed between the section and ring supports (30) that are radially supported on a bearing (40). The chamber is divided into segment sections by two support bars. Decoupling units (10) are arranged within the segment sections and supported at the support bars in a rotation direction. The support bars radially extend into the chamber and are fastened at the ring section and the ring supports, where the decoupling units have ring segments.
