<p>A car door is moved relative to a landing door, between an engagement position at which the car door is engaged with the landing door and an open and separated position that is nearer to the door-closed side than the engagement position. The landing door is moved while being engaged with the car door, opening and closing a landing doorway. When the landing doorway is being totally closed by the landing door, a locking device operates according to the position of the car door relative to the landing door, thereby locking and unlocking the landing door. A door control device has an engagement completion time calculation section, a speed pattern creation section, and a speed control section. The engagement completion time calculation section estimates, based on information from an unlocking detection device for detecting whether the landing door is unlocked, the time until engagement completion that is the time until the car door reaches the engagement position in door opening operation. The speed pattern creation section creates, based on information from the engagement completion time calculation section, a speed pattern of the car door in door opening operation. The speed control section control the speed of the car door according to the speed pattern.</p> |
