A rotary type shoes adhesion and drying device is provided to save an installation space, to be suitable for multi-item small-sized production, and to install more facilities easily without expansion of a space though a production increases by forming plural chambers to be rotatable. A device includes: a chamber rotary shaft(2); plural chambers(1) having a heater, a blower, and a rotary support; and a chamber supporter(4). The rotary support includes: a support shaft of which both ends are rotatably installed on the chamber; a support plate fixedly installed on support plate shafts rotatably installed on both ends of a lever that the support shaft is installed to be penetrated to the center; first chain sprockets respectively installed on the both sides of the support shaft, and fixedly installed on the chamber to be positioned on the same axis as the support shaft; second chain sprockets making a pair with the first chain sprockets and fixedly installed on the support plate shafts; and a chain for fastening the first and second chain sprockets.
