<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing with a seal capable of preventing deformation of an outer ring, an inner ring, and the seal in an assembly process. <P>SOLUTION: The roller bearing 10 with the seal is provided with the outer ring 11, the inner ring 12, a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring, and a retainer 14 for retaining the plurality of rolling elements.
