<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology improving communication speed of a controller connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: The controller has: a communication part communicating with a computer connected via the network; a plurality of service parts for providing service according to request received from the computer via the network, each receiving the request according to a protocol different from each other: and a change part for changing operation states of the plurality of service parts.
