PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent any unspecific user from using or abusing a printing device without permission even when the printing device prints data to be printed recorded in a portable storage device carried by a visitor from the outside.

SOLUTION: A PC 1 of a manager encrypts data to be printed by the printing device 2 and stored in the storage device 4 connected to the PC 1 so that the data can be decoded by the printing device 2, and makes the storage device 4 store the data. Then, the printing device 2 decodes the data encrypted by the information processor and stored in the storage device 4 connected to the printing device 2, and executes printing processing based on the decoded data.
