<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data processing method capable of easily detecting a slight flaw by visual examination, and an image data processing program. <P>SOLUTION: An optical black signal is excluded with respect to the CCD-RAW data corresponding to one screen wherein a pixel signal is expressed by a gradation number N (wherein N is a positive integer) and an effective pixel signal is subjected to color separation corresponding to the color data of each pixel (steps S1-S3). Thereafter, the following steps S4-S8 are performed at every color. The average value A and standard deviation σ of the pixel signal are calculated (step S4), min=A-3σ and max=A+3σ are defined to set a range (min≤x≤max) (step S5), the pixel signal out of the range is excluded (step S6), the pixel signal within the range is converted in gradation according to Z=intä(N-1)(x-min)/(max-min)} (step S7) and an image is displayed by the pixel signal after the conversion of gradation (step S8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
