PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the time usable after mixing is short and preservability is bad because the reaction slowly proceeds even at room temperature when a decomposition product is mixed with a recycling agent to be reacted therewith in a conventional method with which a recycled resin is obtained by an addition reaction using the urethane resin decomposition product. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by reacting the urethane resin decomposition product with a formaldehydic-based compound or a compound having a methylol group. The reaction scarcely proceeds in the resin composition without heating. Thereby, the preservability after mixing is good and wasting of the resin can be eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
