PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength polymer cement composition obtained by reusing a waste material such as various kinds of glass, fragments of chinaware, molten slag and fired roof tiles, mixing the waste material with hydraulic cement, blending the obtained mixture, an emulsion of a hyperfine synthetic resin and surface active modified water, kneading the blended material and solidifying the kneaded material. SOLUTION: The high-strength polymer cement composition is obtained by crushing the waste material such as various kinds of glass, fragments of chinaware, molten slag and fired roof tiles to obtain a minute particle, using this for aggregate of hydraulic cement, blending the obtained minute particle, the hydraulic cement, the emulsion of the hyperfine synthetic resin and surface active modified water and kneading the blended material to obtain a solidified body of high-strength polymer cement.
