PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting constitution of an ultrasonic wave sending and receiving apparatus and an ultrasonic flowmeter using the constitution to achieve a stable electric connection and to have a high reliability controlling a defect by preventing an electrode pin of the ultrasonic wave sending and receiving apparatus from a disturbance factor by means of a fixing tool of the ultrasonic wave sending and receiving apparatus. SOLUTION: As an electric short-circuit and a transformation of the electrode pins 2a and 2b are prevented by fixing the ultrasonic wave sending and receiving apparatus 1 to a channel 6 and also by protecting the electrode pins 2a and 2b, the ultrasonic wave sending and receiving apparatus 1 with high reliability is obtained and a hydrometry of a measured fluid is stably measured.
