PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dub a video signal and voice signals of two pre-selected languages into another recording medium by outputting the video signal reproduced from an optical disk and the two pre-selected languages. SOLUTION: An optical disk reproducing device reproduces video and voice signals recorded in an optical disk by high fold-speed, separating the reproduced signals into the video signal and voice signals, expanding the video signal to decode, encoding the decoded video signal into a video signal of a predetermined signal system, converting the encoded video signal into an analog signal and outputting it, expanding the voice signals to decode, down-mixing the decoded voice signals and converting them into a main voice signal and a sub-voice signal of a monaural signal in the two pre-selected languages, converting the main voice signal and sub-voice signal of the monaural signal into the respective analog signals and outputting them.
