PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device of a COG (Chip On Glass) system capable of radiating a heat quantity generated by a driver IC for drive and reducing display unevenness due to uneven heat distribution. SOLUTION: Heat radiation patterns 4 are formed in the vicinity of one or a plurality of driver ICs 2 for drive mounted on a glass substrate of a liquid crystal panel 1, wherein the heat radiation patterns 4 are connected to the adjacent driver ICs 2 for drive, and the heat radiation patterns 4 are connected to an FPC 3 on which a driving circuit for inputting a driving signal in the driving ICs 2 for drive is mounted. The material of the heat radiation pattern 4 is same as the material for forming an array of the liquid crystal panel 1. A wiring pattern of the driver IC 2 for drive is formed in a lower layer of the heat radiation pattern 4 via an insulating layer.
