PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film label used for a container such as a plastic bottle and a glass bottle, the film label which is characterized in that its beauty and designability are not impaired since printing ink for overcoating the top surface (outermost surface) of the label for surface protection, designability imparting, etc., is printed in a center seal part as well as other parts. SOLUTION: The film label has its top surface with a overcoat-printing by using printing ink containing only acrylic resin as binder resin. Even when even the center seal part where the label is stuck has a printing with the printing ink for overcoating, its printing film has excellent solubility for a seal solvent and then excellent sealing strength is obtained.
