PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display capable of avoiding generating a nondisplay period of an image on a screen caused by range switch of a screen, or a change of a display range such as a change from center display to off-center display, and capable of displaying the screen on real time. SOLUTION: A display range control circuit 150 supplies a control signal to a gate 160 as to a data in a memory 120 of an address unnecessary to be read out by a change (variation), when changing a scale or a range of the screen of the display 180 to vary the maximum display range 1202, to bring an output from the gate 160 to the display 180 into zero, and controls thereby the data of the address not to be displayed on the display 180, even when the address unnecessary to be read out is supplied from a reading-out address preparing circuit 140 to the memory 120.
