PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Bourdon tube pressure gage capable of restraining excessive pressure from being applied to a Bourdon tube. SOLUTION: A pressure limiter 8 is stored in a storage part 9 of a shaft part 4 of the Bourdon tube pressure gage. A check valve 14 is pushed out by a coil spring 12, under the condition where a pressure source and a pressure introducing passage 3 are pressure-balanced as shown in (A), and an elastic O-ring 17 is separated from the central hole 13a. When the excessive pressure is generated in the pressure source, a pressure receiving part 14b is pushed up against energization of the coil spring, by a flow velocity pressure of a pressure medium from the central holes 16a, 16b serving as contraction action parts, as shown in (B), and the elastic O-ring 17 closes thereby a clearance in the central hole 13a to deter the excessive pressure from being transmitted from the pressure source into the pressure introducing passage 3 and the Bourdon tube 1.
