PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament carrier causing reversible phase change from liquid to gas by the irradiation with ultrasound, and enabling the existing state of a medicament to be detected by a diagnostic device without causing flowout of the included medicament; and to provide an ultrasonic device for releasing the medicament by combining the carrier. SOLUTION: The medicament carrier is constituted by encapsulating the medicament in a mixture of a slightly water-soluble material having≤37°C boiling point with a slightly water-soluble material having >37°C boiling point, and surrounding the product with a film comprising an amphipathic material.
