PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet reduced in unpleasant odor and unpleasant taste and suppressed in discoloration (yellowing) with passage of time and containing one or more kinds of compounds selected from vitamin B<SB>1</SB>s, glycosaminoglycans and aminosaccharides. SOLUTION: The film-coated tablet is obtained by coating a raw tablet containing one or more kinds of compounds selected from vitamin B<SB>1</SB>s, glycosaminoglycans and aminosaccharides with a film layer containing a polyvinyl alcohol.
