PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a large pumping pipe could not be installed by wave resistance when deep sea water is pumped at sea. SOLUTION: A semi-circular bow part 2 is provided on a central part of the pumping buoyancy body 1, a mooring mounting part hole 3 is provided on a distal end, a ballast 5 is arranged on an upper part of a bottom and a horizontal stable plate 6 is mounted to accomplish stability. A pillar part and a ceiling plate are auxiliarily provided on an upper front part to accomplish integration with a windmill. Motive power is transmitted to a hydraulic pump or the like, pumping is performed by a drive axle 9, a propeller 10 and a pumping pipe 11 which is connected to a discharge hole 12. An external pumping pipe mounting part 13 is formed in an ellipse shape and is installed. A rudder is installed on the semi-circular bow and is operated to largely move it, so that cold deep sea water can be released in a wide range. If an intake/exhaust port is provided and an engine or the like is used as motive power, efficiency is enhanced. If cold deep sea water enriched with nutrition is pumped, rich sea can be accomplished. If it is towed by a vessel and water temperature of a low atmospheric pressure generation ocean area is lowered, enormous growth of typhoon is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
