PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving power controller which can attain power-saving. SOLUTION: The driving power controller is equipped with a transistor in which a driving signal before amplification of an electric current is inputted to a base and which amplifies the electric current of the driving signal for driving an actuator, a switching element which switches an input of a supply voltage to a collector of the transistor to on or off, and a voltage comparing part which compares a base voltage with a collector voltage of the transistor and controls the switching element to turn on the input of the supply voltage to the collector when a predetermined voltage difference is generated, and to turn off the input of the supply voltage to the collector when the predetermined potential difference is not generated.
