PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin-roll casting machine with which the thickness of a strip can be uniformed. SOLUTION: A fixed side couplers 21, 22 are assembled with a rotary joint 10 so that the flowing of cooling water coming in the rotary joint 10 attached at both end portions of one pair of cooling rolls 1 horizontally lined and the flowing of the cooling water coming out from the rotary joint 10 become the vertical direction to the rotating center of the cooling rolls 1. Further, a sliding resistance of a shaft box 7 axially supporting the cooling roll 1 is reduced with directly moving guide bearings 31 for horizontally guiding a hose 25 for feeding the cooling water and a hose 26 for exhausting the cooling water in the diameter direction of the cooling roll 1 and also, a cylinder 33 vertically energizing the respective hoses 25, 26 toward the upper part, and the pushing force to the shaft box 9 can be made to small to prevent the development of a chatter.
