PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system capable of easily corresponding to the laterally arbitrary change of a treatment unit connecting a water supply pipe and a water conveyance pipe while securing an excellent system appearance and a space saving performance. SOLUTION: A joint member 10 which connects the water supply pipe 4 and the water conveyance pipe 5 reaching the bottom face 3a of the treatment unit 3 to an internal flow channel 42 of the treatment unit 3. The joint member 10 is mounted on the bottom face 3a of the treatment unit 3 roughly parallel to the bottom face 3a of the treatment unit 3, and freely swirling about a rotation axis roughly parallel to the front and rear direction of the treatment unit 3. The joint member 10 is provided with a water supply pipe connection part 11 and a water conveyance pipe connection part 12 which connect the water supply pipe 4 and the water conveyance pipe 5 to the rotation axis K from a direction roughly orthogonal to it.
