PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaving cream dispenser, provided with a built-in shaver, capable of preventing the loss of a shaving cream resulting from an application on the face and shaving with a quantity larger than required in the separate use of the shaver and the cream and preventing the damage or the like to the skin resulting from no application at the second time in the case of the application on the face and successively twice shaving on the same skin. SOLUTION: The shaver (1) and the shaving cream dispenser (2) are integrated with each other. An outlet of a small tank (3) for storing the shaving cream is positioned at the fron end.
