The wall unit has an outside wall plate (1) made of metal and cross bars (2, 3) extending inwardly right-angled to a longitudinal axis of the plate. The bars consist of an isolating element (4) that is arranged between the plate and a wall (5) e.g. concrete wall such as aerated concrete wall, of a building e.g. house, which is to be connected. The isolating element has a thickness which is approximately corresponding to length of the cross bar. The cross bars are made of a pressure resistant plastic material. An independent claim is also included for an additional wall for a building wall with wall units.
