<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a plastic lens having a stainproof layer of higher adhesiveness and durability. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an optical product comprising the step of forming a stainproof layer in which an organic-compound-based antireflection layer formed on the surface of an optical substrate at least with a hard coating layer sandwiched in between is coated with a composition for forming the stainproof layer, and the step of annealing in which the product of the above step is heated up to 80°C to 150°C under a circumstance of a relative humidity of 40% to 95%. Preferably, the step of pre-annealing in which the product is heated up to 80°C to 150°C under a circumstance of a relative humidity of 20% or lower, is added. The stainproof layer can be annealed at high temperature without causing cracks in the antireflection layer, and thus the plastic lens having the stainproof layer of high durability can be manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
