<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that unnecessary personal information of a user is remained in a memory section, even after operation for requesting execution of a series of operations to an operation server 10 by the user is finished. <P>SOLUTION: The operation server 10 stores and holds an executed result of the operation by the user 14 in achievement data memories 34 and 35 by attaching a part of personal information of the user stored in a personal information table 30. Then, according to the personal information of each user 14 which is input from each terminal 17 of a person in charge, and registering request of date and time of canceling of the personal information, the personal information and the date and time of canceling of the user is registered on the personal information table 30. When the canceling date and time stored in the personal information table 30 comes, the personal information to which the canceling date and time is indicated is deleted from the personal information table 30, and corresponding execution results 34a and 35a by the user in the achievement data 34 and 35 are deleted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
