<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble washing film which is convenient for using only in a constant amount or can easily adjust the amount to be used, and has an excellent washing force, although having a film form. <P>SOLUTION: This water-soluble washing film 1 comprising a water-soluble polymer and a cleanser composition containing at least a bubbling cleanser as a component is characterized in that the content of the bubbling cleanser is 15 to 45 wt.% based on the total weight of the water-soluble washing film 1.
