PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution battery capable of improving a short-circuit occurrence frequency without giving up sealability. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolytic solution battery comprises an exterior member 1 with a thermally bonded part formed at least on one of the peripheral ends; a set of flattened electrodes including positive and negative electrodes which are accommodated within an exterior member 1; a positive electrode terminal 2 which electrically connects to the positive electrodes of the set of flattened electrodes, and whose end is drawn to the outside through the thermally bonded part of the exterior member; and a negative electrode terminal 3 which electrically connects to the negative electrodes of the set of electrodes, and whose end is drawn to the outside through the thermally bonded part of the exterior member. The thermally bonded part has a convex in a way that a part with an intervening positive or negative electrode terminal projects with respect to a part with the other intervening electrode terminal.
