PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of ink cartridges which can attain cost reduction by reducing the number of parts for fabricating the ink cartridges of different outer shapes, and to provide an ink cartridge. SOLUTION: A case 200 for color consists of first and second case members 210 and 220. A case 2200 for large-volume black consists of first and second case members 2210 and 2220. A case 1200 for black consists of first and second case members 1210 and 220. Among the case members which constitute the three cases, the second case member 220 is made a common part of the cases 200 and 1200, so that the cost reduction can be attained.
