PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network scanner device which sends necessary image data to a target destination adequately, while saving the sending time and energy. SOLUTION: This network scanner device inputs their addresses for sending to any devices via a network when broadcast-transmitting image data, (steps S1, S2), sends the scanned image data itself to at least one of the plurality of input addresses (step S6), and sends thumbnail data for the scanned image data to the other destination addresses except the above destination address (step S7).
