PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switch of high dielectric strength, which is capable of operating in a wide frequency band and has performance that is less affected by a production variation. SOLUTION: The power switch of high dielectric strength is equipped with a transmission line, a first inductor and a second inductor which are connected in series between an input terminal and a first output terminal, a first transistor which is equipped with a source or a drain whose one end is connected to a connection point between the first inductor and second inductor, a parallel resonance circuit provided between the input terminal and a second output terminal, a series resonance circuit provided between the second output terminal and a ground, and a first capacitor connected in parallel with the series resonance circuit. The parallel resonance circuit is equipped with a second transistor and a third inductor which are connected in parallel, the series resonance circuit is equipped with a third transistor and a fourth inductor which are connected in series, and the first capacitor operates in resonance with the series resonance circuit to turn into an open state when the third transistor is kept ON.
