PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which can judge whether a data packet is transmitted normally with no transmission error or not. SOLUTION: A communication device A for transmitting data is sequentially transmitting a plurality of data packets obtained by converting objective data, and has a means for attaching two kinds of identifiers alternately to each data packet to be transmitted. Consequently, a data packet a to which an identifier "0" is attached and a data packet b to which an identifier "1" is attached are transmitted alternately from the communication apparatus A. A communication device B for receiving data is receiving the transmitted data packet and has a means for judging that a transmission error has occurred when data packets a or b to which the same kind of identifier is attached are received continuously.
