PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle-mounted electronic equipment which is selectively used by freely changing directivity of a speaker according to an installation place of a casing and use environment, and by which operability, tone quality and sound pressure are made acceptable compatibly by simple structures. SOLUTION: In the vehicle-mounted electronic equipment in which a built-in speaker 2 is arranged inside the casing 10 and an operation panel 20 is disposed on the front surface of the outside the casing 10, the operation panel 20 is attachably/detachably provided on the front surface of the casing 10. The equipment is provided with a speaker holder 12 which is rotatably supported in the casing 10, holds the speaker 2, is rotated on at least two or more external surfaces including the front surface to which the operation panel 20 is attached/detached to change the radiation direction of a sound and the speaker holder 12 is provided so that the directivity of the sound is changed by selectively rotating the speaker holder 12 according to an installation status of the casing 10.
