PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a sound emission hole provided on the surface of a casing at a position required by design while avoiding that thickness from being increased. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 (portable communication equipment, portable electronic equipment) loaded with speakers 41, 42 is equipped with a container-like frame 31 for loading the speakers 41, 42 and a duct 32 which extends outward from the frame 31 to control the direction of sound emission.
