PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dresser with a washing stand easily operable even by a physically disabled person, a child and an aged person, without becoming a forward falling posture by stretching arms when trying to operate an operation part arranged on the innermost side of a bowl part of a face-washing counter. SOLUTION: A faucet 3 delivering hot and cold water is arranged in the bowl part 2 formed on the washing counter 1. A mixing faucet 4 is arranged for optionally adjusting the mixing ratio and a delivery quantity of the hot and cold water at a tilting angle in the tilting direction of a joy stick 41.
