PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic having high wrinkle ameliorating effects by aging or photo-aging and to more preferably provide a skin cosmetic more clearly providing a feeling of wrinkle ameliorating effects by users. SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic is characterized as comprising ubiquinone in an amount within the range of 0.01-5.0 wt.% and an oleic acid-based unsaturated fatty acid or a derivative thereof in an amount within the range of 0.001-10 wt.%, respectively.
