PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal-insulating and heat-insulating corrugated cardboard box which preserves freshness by raising the thermal shielding properties and heat-insulating properties of the corrugated cardboard box used for transportation and packaging or the like, and by restraining the corrosion and the quality deterioration of transportation objects, such as fresh vegetables and fresh fish. SOLUTION: This is the thermal-insulating and heat-insulating corrugated cardboard box in which one or more materials of high reflectance to radiant heat such as an aluminum foil or the like are attached on both the external surfaces of corrugated cardboard, between cardboards, or the like.
