PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utility vehicle capable of easily confirming a cargo loading and unloading state by visual observation and improving safety in loading and unloading a cargo. SOLUTION: This utility vehicle 1 is furnished with a vehicle frame 10, a driving part 20 and a load carrying platform 30, the load carrying platform 30 is constituted capable of taking a horizontal posture free to load the cargo and a dumping posture to discharge the cargo loaded on the load carrying platform 30, and the dumping posture includes a rear dumping posture inclined to the rear X2 in the vehicle longitudinal direction and a lateral dumping posture inclined in the vehicle widthwise direction Y.
