PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core drill which excels in workability in a narrow space and can attain the increase in efficiency of a drilling working and to provide a drilling method using the same. SOLUTION: A core drill 10 comprises: a cylindrical substrate 12; and a plurality of cutting blade portions 14 provided at the end of the substrate 12 in the peripheral direction.
