USER INTERFACE DEVICE, IMAGE DISPLAY METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR EXECUTING IT ON COMPUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface device easily attracting attention of an operator about the vertical direction of a preview image and for example, preventing waste of a print such as image output carrying images turned upside down in double-face printing.

SOLUTION: This user interface device 10 is provided with a preview generation part 11, a display control part 12, and an operation display part 13. The preview generation part 11 generates a preview image from image information read by a scanner 1. The display control part 12 displays a preview image on the operation display part 13. The operation display part 13 displays whether rotation process is to be carried out or not to receive an input from an operator. When the operation display part 13 receives a rotation process request, the display control part 12 displays a rotated preview image again on the operation display part 13.
