<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a constitution for realizing efficient production of the electrophysiological sensor of the cells has hardly been disclosed, even though there exists a device related to the cell holding part of an electrophysiological sensor of cells for measuring the potential difference between the inside and outside of the cells with high accuracy by holding the cells in a highly close contact state. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophysiological sensor of the cells is constituted of a sheet provided with a first through-hole, the support provided to the periphery of the sheet and a frame body substrate, provided with a second through-hole and an electrode pattern. When the support is installed in the inside of the second through-hole, the function of shrinking the size of the outer shape of the support is provided to install the support so as to fit the same in the second through-hole that is smaller than the outer shape of the support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
