<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for ameliorating allergic constitution naturally ingestible in daily life. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for ameliorating the allergic constitution comprises a galactooligosaccharide as a main ingredient. Furthermore, a food and drink uses the composition.
