<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet for a handrail which is integrally attached to the midpoint of the handrail and makes possible the effective maintenance and changing work of a functional unit housed in a faucet body in a state that the faucet and the handrail are integral with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The faucet C for the handrail is attached to the midpoint of the handrail A, and the functional unit 17 is housed in a storage room 12a which is formed in the faucet body 10. The principal part storage room 12a of the faucet body 10 in which the functional unit 17 is housed is formed on a different axis from the handrail A, and opening holes 13a, 13b are formed on the same axis as the functional unit 17.
