<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the calculation method of return (expected profit ratio) for precisely predicting the fishery risk of a real purse seine fisheries, and for designing financial products with purse seine fisheries resources as original capital and the evasion method of a moral hazard risk accompanied with the transfer to a market of any fishery risk. <P>SOLUTION: A lower limit is set by the minimum shoal size in a shoal of fish size distribution and pelagic fish resource quantity estimation method, so that it is possible to achieve the probability prediction of the catch of a real purse seine fisheries, and to achieve the measurement and quantification of any fishery risk by the computer simulation of a fishery process.
