<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble information analysis program, trouble information analysis device, and trouble information analysis method for appropriately determining the trouble avoidance difficulty level based on various trouble factors described in each trouble example information. <P>SOLUTION: The computer-executable trouble information analysis program is executed by the trouble information analysis device for retrieving trouble information corresponding to a retrieval condition by referring to a trouble information database storing the trouble information including the type of trouble, occurrence situation, occurrence cause, and applied measures.
