<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold utilization and long-term performance maintainability to recycling by mixing by crushing and polishing a waste roofing tile and waste glass, by preventing a crack, collapse and the deterioration by melting and freezing in a snowfall cold district, by enhancing water repellency and a low water absorption coefficient. <P>SOLUTION: Mountain sand, river sand, clay, hydrated lime and calcium carbonate are used as raw materials. One or two or more of materials selected from cement, girth such as a flaxen ivy, carbon, silicon and syrup are added to the raw materials, and this material is manufactured by adding and kneading water by adding a material of further blending asphalt or a toluene diluted gel agent at a proper rate with a crushed material of one or two or more of materials selected from a baked material such as glass, plastic, a roofing tile, a brick and ceramics. The crushed material of the baked material such as the glass, the plastic, the roofing tile, the brick and the ceramics is set to 10 to 30 wt.%, and the asphalt is desirably set to a rate of 3 to 15 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
