PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving position adjusting device capable of smoothly carrying out engine starting operation without spoiling a riding property.

SOLUTION: This driving position adjusting device Y free to adjust a driving position of a driver by moving a seat body 1 and a brake pedal 3 of a vehicle separately in the longitudinal direction by a control means 25 is devised to position the seat body 1 in the rear of a normal driving position and to set the brake pedal 3 at a riding position separated from the seat body 1 by a previously set distance D.
