<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color LED drive unit capable of compensating fluctuation in the characteristics of a color LED due to a temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The color LED drive includes: a drive constant voltage 100 for supplying a preset drive constant voltage VD; a drive circuit 200 for converting the drive constant voltage VD to a plurality of drive currents; a temperature compensator 300 for compensating variations due to a temperature change in a drive current Ird for red LEDs and a drive current Igd for green LEDs in a plurality of drive currents from the drive circuit 200; and an LED 400 including a plurality of color LEDs lit by the drive currents, thus compensating temperature by utilizing NTC thermistors TH21, TH22 in the temperature compensator 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
