PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder simple in a structure and the operation principle, easy in handling, and reducing manufacturing cost; and a laminate device having this paper feeder. SOLUTION: This paper feeder has a means having the function of returning to an unskewed correct attitude in the point even if paper is skewed till then by correcting its advancing direction by a pair of stationary rollers by sending the paper toward between the stationary rollers, that is, the function of arranging the tip of the feeding paper in the orthogonal direction to the feeding direction, actually, for example, a means for lifting the paper tip, a means for changing the tip of the tip-lifted paper in the oblique downward direction and a means stopping until the tip of the paper of changing the tip in the oblique downward direction arrives, composed of a pair of rollers starting rotation when the paper tip arrives and adjusting the paper tip direction.
